This unit has two rooms. Renovated in January 2012; Pictures have been kindly provided by the tenants when they moved in.
There is another flat above this one that has the same size and decor and same exact configuration _ These pictures are borrowed from the Tango IN Paris apt on floor three _ they are absolutely valid and everything is these two apts is very similar and valid.

Each room has a window overlooking the courtyard. There are three windows in all - bright happy unit however the building staircase is due a paint job and it is scheduled to be done in a few months;

The kitchen and dining area to be shared by the two occupants and the kitchen is fully equipped. For equipment in the kitchen see table at the bottom of the page but basically kitchen has everything including a dishwasher;

The unit is on the First floor and looks out on the courtyard. There are 3 windows - one for each of the room and one for the kitchen/dining.

There is one shower and 1 toilet to be shared amongst the two occupants.
