The living room has almost no natural natural light - It has a skylight above steps

1st floor - Bedrooms 1-3.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed in the 1st floor bedroom. There is a Hi-Fi and TV in the bedroom room. Large Duffy poster presides. There is a bookshelf, desk bed 160cms widen TV, stereo and 1 window overlooking the rue pelican street.
Bedroom number 3 - The first floor has a small second bedroom. Although tiny, it does have a double bed 140 cm, a desk, some shelves and a TV. The window in this room opens up on the staircase which in turn has a sky window.

5 rue Pelican is 100 metres from the Louvre. Fan of the Da Vinci code - or not, you will love and enjoy the
proximity to the Louvre museum and this privileged location and historic neighbourhood.
